The internal transmission gears of the reinforced side roll are all made of steel, processed through turning, hobbing, and heat treatment. Lubrication bearings are installed on the input shaft and output shaft, and a reversing gear is added. The design is not only lightweight and labor-saving but also meets ergonomic requirements.
Main performance characteristics of reinforced side rolls:
1. The outer casing of the reinforced side roll is made of cast aluminum using a die-casting process. Its raw materials and casting quality are in line with first-tier standards, and the surface precision is very high.
2. The reinforced side roll has a built-in self-locking device, allowing for starting and stopping at any position during the opening and closing process without any auxiliary device.
3. Key components such as gears, gear shafts, and bidirectional self-locking devices are all made of 45# steel through heat treatment and fine processing.
4. The surface of the reinforced side roll has double-layer rust prevention protection: inner galvanized and outer plastic spraying. Standard parts are made of stainless steel.
5. The reinforced side roll handle has a hole at the 2/3 position. Installing the handle here reduces the handle's turning radius, allowing for installation in small spaces.
6. The speed ratio and torque make it labor-saving and convenient to use.
The reinforced side roll has a film roll length of 80-120 meters, stable operation, a compact appearance, and an extended service life.
